This course has been designed for individuals and organisations who are looking to achieve globally recognised standards for sustainable practice, which will in turn drive the development and uptake of sustainability skills.
Course Content/topics covered
Delegates on this course will be required to attend a 1-day course covering the Environmental Sustainability Skills for the Workforce.
The New IEMA Course has 7 Guided Learning Hours covering the following:
- The main environment risks and opportunities facing
organisation
- The importance of resource efficiency
- The impacts of pollutions, prevention, control and legislation
- The impact of transport and knowing how employees can support
Course Duration
1 day.
Target Group
This course is ideally suited for those working in any job role across all sectors and has no formal entry requirements. It is benchmarked against the Level 2 RQF descriptors.
Assessment and Certification
You will be assessed by a 20-question, multi-choice test. The test is completed through the IEMA assessment portal and candidates are sent a link upon registration to the assessment. Upon passing these tests, you will be awarded an IEMA Certification.
