The Konsortia Partnership is a construction focused  local network & marketing group who meet monthly with the aim of working together in the construction and built environment sectors.

All of our Konsortia Partners are professional specifiers, tradespeople, and contractors; they are qualified and accredited for the work they undertake, working to the highest professional and industry standards.

We welcome new members at our monthly Konsortia Business Briefings but do operate on a one member per sector basis.  Our target audience is largely SME’s and our objective is to help to develop our businesses and keep more of the local property related business with local companies

I have been a Partner with Konsortia for over a year and the benefits to my business are huge. I initially joined Konsortia because the people at the meeting I attended first were my ideal clients, so the biggest benefit I have had has been access to those people. The opportunity to meet with them has been invaluable. The opportunity (and it is important to follow through) for 1-2-1s with partners and visitors should not be missed. I also find the monthly newsletter and inside information valuable to me when planning my activities and also when assisting clients. There has hardly been a single meeting since I joined where I have not gained work either directly or indirectly from the people in the room. I cannot mention names for client confidentiality reasons, but One Partner signed me up for a mini audit on my first meeting. I did the 10minute slot and before I left the room I had a new client worth thousands to me. I also got the opportunity to record a television interview with a former Partner, which has been widely viewed across social media and the Internet since, providing me with invaluable publicity. I am currently working on some potentially very lucrative work with one Partner, that would never have happened without Konsortia. Even the “who do you know who” contacts made via the meeting have led to work. As a direct result of being a Konsortia Partner, another Partner recently passed me a contact, and they are now a client. I have also passed work on from my clients to other Partners. I continue to do work for Partners as they require it. The monthly membership fee is small fry in comparison to what I have gained from Konsortia, and if you want to work with local businesses and you are construction related, give it a try.
