• Shortlist your candidates and carry out first stage Interviews.
Upskilling an existing member of staff
Many businesses are investing in continuous professional development of existing staff using their own training and development budgets. In some instances where staff are receiving training to become competent in their job role or progressing into higher skilled roles; you may be able to access funding via your apprenticeship levy or via Government funding instead. Our Employer Engagement Team can support you to maximise your apprenticeship levy or access Government funding to ensure the needs of your business are met and savings are made where applicable.
Current Government incentives
The Government has recently announced an extension to the incentives available for recruiting an apprentice. With up to £4,000 of Government incentives available and up to £9,000 in certain geographical areas, there has never been a better time to hire an apprentice or upskill your current staff.
